يُسَبِّحُ لِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ٱلْمَلِكِ ٱلْقُدُّوسِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ
Yusabbihu lillahi ma feeassamawati wama fee al-ardialmaliki alquddoosi alAAazeezi alhakeem
Whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth glorifies Allâh, the King (of everything), the Holy, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
Tafsir Al-Muyassar: ينزِّه الله تعالى عن كل ما لا يليق به كلُّ ما في السموات وما في الأرض، وهو وحده المالك لكل شيء، المتصرف فيه بلا منازع، المنزَّه عن كل نقص، العزيز الذي لا يغالَب، الحكيم في تدبيره وصنعه.
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى بَعَثَ فِى ٱلْأُمِّيِّـۧنَ رَسُولًا مِّنْهُمْ يَتْلُوا۟ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦ وَيُزَكِّيهِمْ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ وَٱلْحِكْمَةَ وَإِن كَانُوا۟ مِن قَبْلُ لَفِى ضَلَـٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ
Huwa allathee baAAatha feeal-ommiyyeena rasoolan minhum yatloo AAalayhim ayatihiwayuzakkeehim wayuAAallimuhumu alkitaba walhikmatawa-in kanoo min qablu lafee dalalin mubeen
He it is Who sent among the unlettered ones a Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) from among themselves, reciting to them His Verses, purifying them (from the filth of disbelief and polytheism), and teaching them the Book (this Qur’ân, Islâmic laws and Islâmic jurisprudence) and Al-Hikmah (As-Sunnah: legal ways, orders, acts of worship of Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم). And verily, they had been before in manifest error;
Tafsir Al-Muyassar: الله سبحانه هو الذي أرسل في العرب الذين لا يقرؤون، ولا كتاب عندهم ولا أثر رسالة لديهم، رسولا منهم إلى الناس جميعًا، يقرأ عليهم القرآن، ويطهرهم من العقائد الفاسدة والأخلاق السيئة، ويعلِّمهم القرآن والسنة، وإنهم كانوا من قبل بعثته لفي انحراف واضح عن الحق. وأرسله سبحانه إلى قوم آخرين لم يجيئوا بعدُ، وسيجيئون من العرب ومن غيرهم. والله تعالى -وحده- هو العزيز الغالب على كل شيء، الحكيم في أقواله وأفعاله.
وَءَاخَرِينَ مِنْهُمْ لَمَّا يَلْحَقُوا۟ بِهِمْ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
Waakhareena minhum lamma yalhaqoobihim wahuwa alAAazeezu alhakeem
And [He has sent him (Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) also to] others among them (Muslims) who have not yet joined them (but they will come). And He (Allâh) is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
Tafsir Al-Muyassar: الله سبحانه هو الذي أرسل في العرب الذين لا يقرؤون، ولا كتاب عندهم ولا أثر رسالة لديهم، رسولا منهم إلى الناس جميعًا، يقرأ عليهم القرآن، ويطهرهم من العقائد الفاسدة والأخلاق السيئة، ويعلِّمهم القرآن والسنة، إنهم كانوا من قبل بعثته لفي انحراف واضح عن الحق. وأرسله سبحانه إلى قوم آخرين لم يجيئوا بعدُ، وسيجيئون من العرب ومن غيرهم. والله تعالى- وحده- هو العزيز الغالب على كل شيء، الحكيم في أقواله وأفعاله.
ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
Thalika fadlu Allahiyu/teehi man yashao wallahu thooalfadli alAAatheem
That is the Grace of Allâh, which He bestows on whom He wills. And Allâh is the Owner of Mighty Grace.
Tafsir Al-Muyassar: ذلك البعث للرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، في أمة العرب وغيرهم، فضل من الله، يعطيه مَن يشاء من عباده. وهو -وحده- ذو الإحسان والعطاء الجزيل.
مَثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ حُمِّلُوا۟ ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَحْمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ ٱلْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَارًۢا ۚ بِئْسَ مَثَلُ ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
Mathalu allatheena hummiloo attawratathumma lam yahmilooha kamathali alhimariyahmilu asfaran bi/sa mathalu alqawmi allatheenakaththaboo bi-ayati Allahi wallahula yahdee alqawma aththalimeen
The likeness of those who were entrusted with the (obligation of the) Taurât (Torah) (i.e. to obey its commandments and to practise its laws), but who subsequently failed in those (obligations), is as the likeness of a donkey which carries huge burdens of books (but understands nothing from them). How bad is the example of people who deny the Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, signs, revelations) of Allâh. And Allâh guides not the people who are Zâlimûn(polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers).
Tafsir Al-Muyassar: شَبَهُ اليهود الذين كُلِّفوا العمل بالتوراة ثم لم يعملوا بها، كشَبه الحمار الذي يحمل كتبًا لا يدري ما فيها، قَبُحَ مَثَلُ القوم الذين كذَّبوا بآيات الله، ولم ينتفعوا بها، والله لا يوفِّق القوم الظالمين الذين يتجاوزون حدوده، ويخرجون عن طاعته.
قُلْ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ هَادُوٓا۟ إِن زَعَمْتُمْ أَنَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَآءُ لِلَّهِ مِن دُونِ ٱلنَّاسِ فَتَمَنَّوُا۟ ٱلْمَوْتَ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ
Qul ya ayyuha allatheenahadoo in zaAAamtum annakum awliyao lillahimin dooni annasi fatamannawoo almawta in kuntum sadiqeen
Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "O you Jews! If you pretend that you are friends of Allâh, to the exclusion of (all) other mankind, then long for death if you are truthful."
Tafsir Al-Muyassar: قل -أيها الرسول- للذين تمسكوا بالملة اليهودية المحرَّفة: إن ادَّعيتم- كذبًا- أنكم أحباء الله دون غيركم من الناس، فتمنَّوا الموت إن كنتم صادقين في ادِّعائكم حب الله لكم.
وَلَا يَتَمَنَّوْنَهُۥٓ أَبَدًۢا بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌۢ بِٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
Wala yatamannawnahu abadan bimaqaddamat aydeehim wallahu AAaleemun biththalimeen
But they will never long for it (death), because of what (deeds) their hands have sent before them! And Allâh knows well the Zâlimûn (polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers).
Tafsir Al-Muyassar: ولا يتمنى هؤلاء اليهود الموت أبدًا إيثارًا للحياة الدنيا على الآخرة، وخوفًا من عقاب الله لهم؛ بسبب ما قدَّموه من الكفر وسوء الفعال. والله عليم بالظالمين، لا يخفى عليه من ظلمهم شيء.
قُلْ إِنَّ ٱلْمَوْتَ ٱلَّذِى تَفِرُّونَ مِنْهُ فَإِنَّهُۥ مُلَـٰقِيكُمْ ۖ ثُمَّ تُرَدُّونَ إِلَىٰ عَـٰلِمِ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَـٰدَةِ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
Qul inna almawta allathee tafirroonaminhu fa-innahu mulaqeekum thumma turaddoona ila AAalimialghaybi washshahadati fayunabbi-okum bimakuntum taAAmaloon
Say (to them): "Verily, the death from which you flee will surely meet you, then you will be sent back to (Allâh), the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen, and He will tell you what you used to do."
Tafsir Al-Muyassar: قل: إن الموت الذي تهربون منه لا مفرَّ منه، فإنه آتٍ إليكم عند مجيء آجالكم، ثم ترجعون يوم البعث إلى الله العالم بما غاب وما حضر، فيخبركم بأعمالكم، وسيجازيكم عليها.
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِذَا نُودِىَ لِلصَّلَوٰةِ مِن يَوْمِ ٱلْجُمُعَةِ فَٱسْعَوْا۟ إِلَىٰ ذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ وَذَرُوا۟ ٱلْبَيْعَ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooitha noodiya lissalati min yawmialjumuAAati fasAAaw ila thikri Allahiwatharoo albayAAa thalikum khayrun lakum in kuntumtaAAlamoon
O you who believe (Muslims)! When the call is proclaimed for the Salât (prayer) on Friday (Jumu‘ah prayer), come to the remembrance of Allâh [Jumu‘ah religious talk (Khutbah) and Salât (prayer)] and leave off business (and every other thing). That is better for you if you did but know!
Tafsir Al-Muyassar: يا أيها الذين صدَّقوا الله ورسوله وعملوا بشرعه، إذا نادى المؤذن للصلاة في يوم الجمعة، فامضوا إلى سماع الخطبة وأداء الصلاة، واتركوا البيع، وكذلك الشراء وجميع ما يَشْغَلُكم عنها، ذلك الذي أُمرتم به خير لكم؛ لما فيه من غفران ذنوبكم ومثوبة الله لكم، إن كنتم تعلمون مصالح أنفسكم فافعلوا ذلك. وفي الآية دليل على وجوب حضور الجمعة واستماع الخطبة.
فَإِذَا قُضِيَتِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةُ فَٱنتَشِرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱبْتَغُوا۟ مِن فَضْلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱذْكُرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرًا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ
Fa-itha qudiyati assalatufantashiroo fee al-ardi wabtaghoo min fadliAllahi wathkuroo Allaha katheeranlaAAallakum tuflihoon
Then when the (Jumu‘ah) Salât (prayer) is ended, you may disperse through the land, and seek the Bounty of Allâh (by working, etc.), and remember Allâh much: that you may be successful.
Tafsir Al-Muyassar: فإذا سمعتم الخطبة، وأدَّيتم الصلاة، فانتشروا في الأرض، واطلبوا من رزق الله بسعيكم، واذكروا الله كثيرًا في جميع أحوالكم؛ لعلكم تفوزون بخيري الدنيا والآخرة.
وَإِذَا رَأَوْا۟ تِجَـٰرَةً أَوْ لَهْوًا ٱنفَضُّوٓا۟ إِلَيْهَا وَتَرَكُوكَ قَآئِمًا ۚ قُلْ مَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ خَيْرٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهْوِ وَمِنَ ٱلتِّجَـٰرَةِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ خَيْرُ ٱلرَّٰزِقِينَ
Wa-itha raaw tijaratan awlahwan infaddoo ilayha watarakooka qa-imanqul ma AAinda Allahi khayrun mina allahwi wamina attijaratiwallahu khayru arraziqeen
And when they see some merchandise or some amusement [beating of Tambur (drum) etc.] they disperse headlong to it, and leave you (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) standing [while delivering Jumu‘ah religious talk (Khutbah)]. Say: "That which Allâh has is better than any amusement or merchandise! And Allâh is the Best of providers."
